From the moment we start on your project you can be assured that you will have access to a single point of contact from start to finish. The design of a new practice can be a daunting task to undertake and this will ensure that your turnkey installation goes as smoothly as possible, with your main point of contact to shoulder the responsibility and attend to the details without you having to worry.

We make sure we use contractors with whom we already have established a strong working relationship, and feel confident in the quality of their work. We provide a full turnkey installation service, with all aspects from the initial design to the completion of the build being handled by us, including:

• Electrics, Plumbing and all Building Works
• Cabinet installation and flooring
• Adding the final touches with Decorating.

Emergency Breakdown Service

With our Emergency Breakdown service, you can be on North West Dental to repair your dental equipment use within your practice.  We understand how difficult it can be when your dental equipment breaks down and will do everything we can to attend your call as soon as possible. If we can’t get you back up and running within 1 day, we have a supply of loan equipment that you can make use of in order to keep your surgery running smoothly.

Service Contracts

We provide dental engineering services, across the North West of England and North Wales including dental equipment servicing & repairs, for your dental surgery or dental clinic requirements. It is really important to keep your equipment running smoothly that your equipment undergoes regular servicing.

Technical Support & Parts

North West Dental Equipment also has the knowledge and experience to provide a technical support service to our customers. We can assist you with installation and ongoing use of your equipment and technology. We can help guide you through every step of the installation process and using your equipment on a day to day basis and answer questions when they come up.
