Tussock Jumper Chardonnay has a lovely golden colour, Fresh and fruit forward, Aromas of apricot, pear and green apple. Notes of walnuts and hazelnuts, White flower hints. Slight buttery finish

Goes really well with seafood, fish or charcuterie.

Producer/Region:

Is a wine which grew-up under the Mediterranean Climate at higher altitudes. The temperature cools down significantly during the hot summer nights, giving wines with more acidity. My soils are of different types: clay. I am partially aged for 9 months in oak barrels.
