Tasting notes: Nika Tiki Sauvignon Blanc
Nika Tiki Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderful crisp and refreshing, showing true and traditional citrus notes on the nose. Pale straw green in colour with brilliant clarity. Therefore it has Inviting fresh lemon/lime and tropical fruit flavours on the palate with a long lasting fruit finish.
Crisp acidity and herbal notes, fruity, elegant, lively. Even though New Zealand (NZ) produces just 1% of the worlds wine, it still reigns as the Sauvignon Blanc capital of the world. Nika Tiki is from Marlborough the main wine growing area in all of New Zealand delivering the benchmark style of Sauvignon Blanc.
Food Match:
As the saying goes, if the food works well with a squeeze of lemon (fish, chicken), then Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect match! Great with goats cheese too.
