Le Charme Merlot. A ruby red appearance, with lovely cassis and raspberry flavours and slightly spicy hints. A lot of fruit flavours on the palate with a hint of black pepper at the finish. A medium bodied soft red with the smooth, plummy fruit typical of the variety.

Grilled meats, Tomato-based pasta dishes, Charcuterie boards, Roasted vegetable dishes. Semi-hard cheeses like Gouda or Edam. Whether it’s a casual gathering or a formal dinner, Le Charme Merlot complements a variety of settings. Serve at 16–18°C to enjoy its full range of flavours.
