Region/Producer:
Dublin St Wines is a family-run vineyard and winery situated on Dublin Street in the charming wine village of Martinborough, New Zealand, a region famed for its world-class Pinot Noir. Ross and Eva, after years spent working in Sydney offices, dreamed of returning to the land and cultivating food. Their dream took shape when they tasted a bottle of Martinborough Pinot Noir and knew they had found their calling. When an established vineyard and winery on the southern edge of town became available, Dublin St Wines was born.
Today, Ross and Eva dedicate their days to producing premium single-vineyard Martinborough Pinot Noir, reflecting a strong sense of place. Every step of the process is handled by them—from nurturing the vines and hand-picking the grapes to crafting the wine in small batches. All viticulture and winemaking is carried out on-site, following sustainable practices and low-intervention methods, both in the vineyard and the winery. While much of the wine industry has become mechanized, Dublin St Wines proudly retains traditional techniques.
Each bottle from Dublin St Wines is guaranteed to have a true sense of provenance. The wines offer an authentic expression of the land, capturing the unique characteristics of Martinborough Pinot Noir.
The fruit is hand harvested and fermented in small open top vats. Basket pressed and barrel aged for 10 months in French oak.
