Tasting notes:
This is a special occasion wine with rich citrus, biscuit and pineapple notes and an underlying flower blossom. This matured with the lees, resulting in richness in balance with citrus fruit and acid length. An excellent example of Victoria Chardonnay.
Food Match:
Excellent match for garlic prawns, Thai green curry, lobster or crab cakes.
