Fragrant aromas of rhubarb, spice and sweet cherries, on the palate, an earthy, expressive wine with flavours of plum, raspberry and herbaceous notes.

Easy drinking with low alcohol and a slight spritz on the palate, our Moscato is perfect for a Sunday afternoon tipple. Served chilled with lime and mint at a garden party, or it partners beautifully with a spicy Asian curry or Thai salad.

Producer Region:

Let the sun shine in with our Aquarius Sangiovese Shiraz. This funky, carefree wine is crafted from grapes grown in our spectacularly beautiful Central Victorian Vineyards. Enjoy in peace, love and happiness. The wine was crafted from 80% Sangiovese grapes and 20% Shiraz grapes, sourced from our Goulburn Valley vineyards in Central Victoria. The individual varieties were harvested separately over a three week period in March. Picking and crushing was completed during the cool of the night to maintain freshness.

They are an independent, family owned winery making wines that are served in beautiful bars and restaurants around the globe.
Under the careful and considered guidance of our Winemaker Jo Nash, we make elegant, balanced, modern Australian wines with care and attention that is second to none. Our grapes are grown in Central Victoria and the Murray Darling, in vineyards bordered by the Goulburn or the Murray rivers or situated in the high altitude Strathbogie Ranges and the low lying Goulburn Valley.
The diverse geography of our vineyards allows Jo to carefully select parcels for each of our wines using differences in the vineyard sites to bring elevated character and complexity, while always keeping our core values of balance and integrity central in every wine. Jo believes in exquisite balance, both in wine and in life, and it is this philosophy that she keeps front of mind in her hunt for perfection every vintage.
