Tasting notes:
Heaphy Riesling Nelson. A nose of fresh ginger, cardamom and jasmine over a rich palate of juicy lime, red apple and stone fruit, with generous mouthfeel and texture in the finish. Feels like lounging in the sun.
Food match:
Fish tacos with zesty lime, chicken or cauliflower wings with blue cheese sauce.
