Tasting notes : Irvine Spring Hill Merlot
Irvine Spring hill Merlot is an easy drinking, approachable red that still maintains the Irvine style. On the nose there are raspberry and plum and the palate is medium-weighted with soft tannins and a chocolate edge on the finish. A great introduction to the Irvine portfolio.

Strip sirloin of beef with horseradish, mashed potato and all the trimmings.
