Tasting notes
A delicious Pinot Noir from one of Burgundy’s lesser known but fantastic appellations – Maranges. The vines for this wine date back to 1945 and create a wine that is concentrated with a deep, rich colour and wonderful expressive fruit flavours. The grapes are allowed to ripen to maturity before harvest to obtain the softest possible tannins. Drinking superbly now and can also age for many years to come.
